A rather short par 4 with a
blind drive. The architect placed two bunkers facing the tee shot to guide
the player. A 3-Wood aiming between them will find the fairway. Right and
left fairway bunkers protect the hole gainst too agressive drives. Though,
a well faded driver should clear the bunkers and left a wedge as a second
shot. Most of the times, the second shot is downhill to a large green defended
by two bunkers. An other bunker, 30 m. short of the green creates a visual
effect that can fool the player. The main difficulty here is to keep the
ball on a green that slopes to the back. The putting surface has no severe
slopes but is always uneasy to read well. |
